Risk Management & Sustainability Advisor, The Ambassador Theatre Group


The Ambassador Theatre Group is the largest Theatre owner in the world, owning or managing 43 venues across the UK, USA and Australia.

Having grown up in a theatrical family with 36 years of theatre experience, Juliet has been with ATG for nearly 16 years, previously working as a Theatre Manager in the West End for 12 years, Juliet took the lead on raising the profile of environmental and safety issues. Juliet joined the Property Department of ATG as Safety and Environmental Advisor in 2011 to support the Group Head of Safety & Environmental Services with venues audits, training, advice and support for all ATG staff. She was also given the remit to improve ATG’s environmental management systems across the Group. Departmental changes in 2015 have led to the creation of the Risk Management Department, where Juliet continues to be responsible for CRC, ESOS & Packaging Compliance schemes; manages the Group’s waste & recycling contract and all utility contracts. She also continues to support the Risk Management Director in developing and implementing new policy, completing internal integrated safety & environmental audits across the UK estate as well as running the internal environmental awareness campaign, Always Think Green. Juliet has Specialist membership with the IIRSM, Associate membership with IEMA and has recently become an Affiliate member of the Energy Manager’s Association.
