After becoming the first company to achieve LEC IT accreditation in the UK in 2014, Coca-Cola Enterprises Information Technology (IT) shares with us their progress towards a Greener IT one year later. Kevin Sirjuesingh (Director, Business Process Optimisation) and Charles Reid (Director, Global IT Infrastructure Operations) will focus on how they have been leading the agenda through raising awareness amongst the IT organisation and integrating the LEC practices into the overall annual IT planning processes. Whilst the journey continues they are excited to share the bold initiatives their company’s IT organisation are undertaking not only to renew the overall systems and applications architecture but also to reduce the overall carbon footprint from an IT perspective while contributing to the company-wide Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability agenda.
