Empowering Women in Energy Management and Environment from EMEX

Being an energy manager may not seem like the most obvious career for many women. Often described as a highly technical and men overpopulated sector of energy management has been lacking the role models that young or career changing ladies could learn from and identify with.

Wendi Wheeler and Nicola Stopps have taken on a challenge of changing the perception of energy management being a men’s world and requiring engineering/technical education and skills.

Wendi, Suki, Nicola and Penelope will giving out their insights and views on empowering women into energy management.

Come and have a chat and share your thoughts.  They also will be in the EMA networking area if you want to find out more or ask us any questions you have.
